Sudio Design, a brand by Sterling Rivers Inc. offers the following limited warranty on each of its vanity products (the “Product”) and the components thereof. This warranty extends only to the original owner or end-user for personal household use. Sudio Design warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase. A product with shipping damage must not be installed for validity of claim and must be either refused to the shipper at shipment receipt, or reported to the authorized dealer and/or Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers within 30 days of receipt of product delivery, unless otherwise specified and warranted by the authorized dealer. Visual defects of a Sudio Design product must be reported to Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers or the authorized dealer by the original purchaser, prior to installation, within 30 days of the initial date of delivery. Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers does not replace or repair a product resulting from damages occurring after delivery.
This warranty does not cover the following attributes:
● Vanities already “installed” with obvious visual defects.
● Defects or damages to vanities caused by installation that does not comply with Sudio Design’s instruction manual and/or with the recognized standard industry plumbing practice.
● Defects or damages caused by improper use, installation, conditions or abuse in any way, as per our full warranty description, which includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, exposure to UV light, physical or chemical abuse, normal wear and tear and/or acts of nature.
Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers reserves the right to designate a representative to inspect the vanity for analysis. No unauthorized person, installer, dealer, agent, representative or employee of Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers is entitled to assume liability on behalf of Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers relating to the sale of this product or has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this warranty, unless otherwise specified in Sudio Design’s/Sterling Rivers’ full warranty documentation.
The purpose of this warranty is for the repair or replacement of defective products, as per the warranty guidelines. Sudio Design/Sterling Rivers is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, labor or any other additional costs associated.
